Current Opening Hours

The NEW LOOK Box Office is now open at the entrance to the Pier. (Please use the main double doors)  Current opening times are  from 11am to 4pm Monday to Sunday opening from 6pm for ticket collection on show nights.   Come on in and have a look and see “Whats On” in 2015. (Details subject to change)

Booking

All tickets can be booked over the phone, in person at the box office or online.  If collecting tickets please collect at least 30 minutes prior to the performance from the Box Office situated at the ENTRANCE to the Pier.

Booking Conditions

Visa, Mastercard and Switch are accepted. Booking fees may apply.

Group Bookings

For groups of ten or more please call the box office on 01263 512495 or the dedicated groups line on 01263 514495.

Reservations

TICKETS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 7 DAYS OF BOOKING (or will automatically be released) For late bookings made fewer than 7 days prior to the performance, payment is required at least 45 minutes before the show starts. Seats will not be held unless these terms are met.

By Post

Cheques should be made payable to “Pavilion Theatre, Cromer” and posted to the box office.

Concessions

Concessions are available to senior citizens, Friends and Patrons of the Theatre, students in education and groups for Cromer Pier Show  as indicated. Some concessions are available for other shows. Concessions may also apply for carer support for the disabled, please ask the box office for more information.

Returning Tickets

TICKETS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Re-sale or exchange (min 7 days notice) available for Cromer Pier Show tickets only. Re-sales only considered for shows that are sold out. A charge of £2.00 per ticket will apply for these services.

Latecomers

In consideration of our patrons, we regret latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. The management reserve the right to refuse admission.

Disabled Access

Ramps to the Pier entrance. Wheelchair access to  Bar and Theatre. Limited wheelchair positions in the theatre, and very limited wheelchair storage available please check with the Box Office at the time of booking. Mobility scooters must be parked outside and not in the Theatre Bar or auditorium. Hearing Assistance System – headsets or neck loops required and available at the Theatre. Pre-booking of these is advisable – please contact the Box Office

  • Removable seats are available in the front stalls for wheelchair users
  • Guide dogs are welcome
  • Disabled toilets are located in the foyer
